Recipe of the Month: Berry (Barry) Delight Smoothie
Try this for breakfast, even the kids will like it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons boysenberry or strawberry jam or preserves
  • 1cup water
  • ¾ cup frozen boysenberries, unsweetened

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth, adding berries slowly.

Servings: 2, 1 cup each
Calories per serving: 151
Calcium per serving: 225 mg
