Welcome to the August Newsletter.
The summer flew by and now we are facing shorter days and yes it is time for back to school! This month we are educating parents (and office workers) on how to stay safe and healthy as we go into fall.
We wish to extend our thoughts and prayers to those of you affected by the evacuations and tremendous stress that comes with the Zaca Fire. With the smoke in the air, please stay safe. It seems that the best time of day to exercise outside has been in the morning, before the winds push the smoke toward shore. If you find yourself coughing, congested or wheezing, hold off on exerting your self outside and come in for an adjustment (to boost your immune system).
Please note we will be closed September 22-30, so if you are holding off on getting a check up, we would love to schedule your appointment before then!
